Secrets of pot flowers and plants

Did you know that …

• When you have to leave your loving pot flowers for a long time, you have 2 possibilities to keep them living. Firstly, put exactly near the pot a bottle full of water. Introduce a flexible tube in the bottle and the end of it in the soil pot, at 2-3 cm depth. Thus the water will slowly pass through the tube, letting the flower to be always well hydrated. Secondly, fill a bottle with water and stick it directly in the soil pot with the mouth downwards. Thus the water will slowly flow.
• If the leaves of your pot flowers and plants are, it means they are over watered. So thin the water.
• If you want your cactuses to flower, don’t water and also remove them in a cooler place.
• The dusty cactuses have to be cleaned under spray water without touching their soil. So incline the pot that the soil doesn’t be watered.
• Pay attention! If there are some reddish spot on the leaves of your pot flowers, it means they are affected by the red microscopic spider, which will slowly and entirely destroy the plant. Break immediately the affected leaves.
• The Ficus is one of the most affected plants by the aphis. As a treatment, wipe carefully each leaf on both sides with 90 degrees alcohol.
• If you discover that your plant is affected by flower fleas, stick some matches with head downwards in the pot soil or water the roots with cooled water in which you have boiled tobacco.
• If you want your plants to be healthy and vigorous, pour coffee dregs or bear in the soil twice in a month. The bear is good for the leaves too. It helps to avert the parasites, especially for Ficus.
• The leaves of the Ficus and Citron too have to be wiped using a buffer with glycerin once in a week.
• Geraniums love to be surrounded by how many flowers. It makes them flower a lot.
• The pot Azaleas will not loose their flowers so fast, if you cut their stamens and don’t feed their soil with lukewarm water.
